I'm Featured in an OPL Article

OPL, the Psion stalwart of a simple high level programmign language, is slowly getting itself into a position where it can run on the new Symbian Smartphones. I'm doing my best to make this happen and you can read a good bit about how OPL is doing in this article on Wireless Dev Net.

It would be great to run OPL apps on the P800! Posted by: Franck on March 31, 2003 01:47 PM
Franck, one of the advantages to OPL going Open Source is that given the source code for the runtime, it shuoldn't be too difficult for a competent C++ programmer out there to convert it. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some Code Nut inside UIQ who is probably playing around with it right now. I'm pretty sure it will appear at some point summer 2003...
